Chamber Concerts

Cellist Megan Savage has enjoyed a diverse musical career, performing throughout Japan, China, Taiwan, South Korea, England, and Wales. She has served as section member of the Atlantic Classical Orchestra and Palm Beach Symphony, and has performed as soloist and concerto competition winner with the Treasure Coast Symphony, Treasure Coast Youth Symphony, and Stetson University Symphony Orchestra. Megan was named a finalist for the 2022 John Oliveira String Competition, 2022 Mary H. Taylor Competition, and 2016 mARTies Awards, and has performed as a member of the National Orchestral Institute and National Youth Orchestra (NYO-USA), performing at Carnegie Hall and throughout Asia under the baton of Michael Tilson-Thomas.

An avid chamber musician, Megan has performed as a member of the award-winning Kourdisma and Obri string quartets, and has collaborated with artists Joshua Bell, Andres Cardenes, and members of the Metropolitan Opera Orchestra. Most recently, she has had the privilege of serving on faculty at the Centenary Suzuki School, where she maintained a studio of over thirty students.

Megan continues to deeply enjoy sharing the gift of music in the St. Lucie area with the community, in her church, and through education.
